Overview
To manage your products, navigate to Products > My Products in the main menu. This section provides access to the Product List, where you can view and manage all products that have been imported into your account. Each product entry includes key information such as product name, SKU, status, and other relevant details, allowing you to easily monitor and update your inventory as needed.
Product List
The Product Listing page provides a centralized interface for managing all products imported into your account. This page is designed to give you full visibility and control over individual products and bulk product actions.
Each product listed includes the following details:
- Product: Displays the product image, SKU, and product name to help you quickly identify individual items.
- Import Status: Indicates the current import status of the product, helping you track successful and incomplete imports.
- Price: Shows the regular price and highlights the sale price if one is available.
- Stock Status: Reflects the inventory availability (e.g., In Stock, Out of Stock).
- Status: Displays whether the product is available for checkout. If the product is not eligible for sale, the status will appear as PROBLEM, signaling the need for attention.
- Tags: Lists tags that were applied to the import batch associated with the product.
- Product Set: Identifies the product set the item belongs to. Users can move a product to a different product set directly from this column.
- Actions: Provides quick actions for each product, including View (redirects to the Product Details Page), Flag Product for Immediate Update (reimports the chosen product with updated information), and Delete (deletes the product from the profile).
You can refine the product list using a variety of filters, including:
- Product Name
- SKU
- Status (Enabled / Disabled / Has Issue)
- Stock Status
- Product Set
These filters help you quickly locate specific products or subsets of products that meet certain criteria.
Bulk Actions
In addition to individual product actions, the page supports bulk actions.
Use checkboxes to select multiple products and apply actions such as bulk deletion or status updates.
- Move Products to a New Product Set: Reassign selected products to a different product set in a single operation.
- Flag Selection: Products flagged for immediate update will be re-imported with updated information.
- Delete Selection: Permanently deletes a selection of products
Product Details Page
The Product Details Page provides a comprehensive view of an individual product's information. Accessed via the View action on the Product Listing page, this page displays detailed attributes such as product pricing, images, stock levels, and any associated tags or product sets. It serves as the central location for reviewing and managing product-specific data, making updates, and diagnosing issues that may affect the product’s availability for sale.
Depending on the product’s availability and configuration, the page may display one or more notification tabs at the top:
- "This Product Can Be Improved! Please Review the Issues Below." (orange) – Highlights areas where the product can be optimized to enhance saleability. These issues do not prevent the product from being sold.
- "This Product Can Be Improved! Please Review the Issues Below." (red) – Indicates issues that are currently preventing the product from being sold at checkout. Retailers can mark these issues as resolved once they have been addressed.
- "Product Is Not Saleable! Please Review the Issues Below." – Lists critical issues that render the product unsaleable until they are resolved.
Available Actions on This Page:
- Declare Product as Not Saleable – Marks the product as not saleable across all partner platforms, effectively removing it from availability for any sales activity.
- Declare Product Unavailable on the Storefront – Prevents the product from being included in the storefront product selection, ensuring it does not appear on the customer-facing storefront.
- Preview Checkout – Enables users to preview the checkout process using the product’s information, allowing them to view the experience from a customer’s perspective.
Page Tabs Overview:
- General – Displays high-level information about the product.
- Links – Lists all links generated by publishers that reference this product.
- Discounts – Shows all discounts currently applicable to this product.
- Product Features – Presents detailed product attributes along with their corresponding values.
- Image Gallery – Displays all associated product images in a carousel format.
- Variants (optional) – If the product is configurable, this tab lists all associated child products.
