Shipping Methods Management
Shipping management is located under Sales > Shipping in navigation. On this page shipping methods can be added, edited, deleted and viewed.
To add a shipping method click on the “Add New Shipping Method” button at the top of the page.
Next, complete the following form fields:
- Name (required)- name a shipping method (e.g. Next Day Delivery)
- Reference (required) - reference the shipping method code from your shipping provider/ecommerce platform (e.g. dpd-next-day)
- Price (required) - the price of delivery
- Conditions (optional) - allows you to define specific criteria that determine when this shipping method will be available. If no conditions are set, the shipping method will apply globally.
- Price From and To - specify the price range of orders (e.g. this shipping method will only apply to orders with total from £15 to £30)
- Min and Max Weight - specify the weight of the order item (e.g. this shipping method will only apply to orders with items that weigh from 500g to 1kg)
- Item Count From and To - specify the range of the item quantity in the order (e.g. this shipping method will only apply to orders with items qty between 1 to 3)
- Shipping groups - if you use shipping groups in your ecommerce platform, provide the shipping group code to limit the shipping method to a certain group.
- Country - specify the country the shipping method is available in. For now limited to GB.
Click “Submit Shipping Method” button to save the method.
To edit, delete or view shipping method’s information choose one of the actions in the Actions column.
