Discount Management
Discount Management is located under Sales and then Discount Management in the navigation bar. On this page discounts can be added, edited, deleted and viewed.
To add a shipping method click on the “Add New Discount” button at the top of the page.
Next, complete the following form fields:
- Discount Name (required) - create a name for your discount (e.g. 15% OFF)
- Enable the Discount - if discount is disabled it will not be applied to any products.
- Discount Type (required) - choose if you want to discount a percentage or a fixed amount
- Discount Amount (required)
- External Discount Code (required) - add a discount code that would correlate with the one in your ecommerce platform/discount provider. (e.g. OFF15)
- Discount Description (optional)
- Discount Priority (required) - The highest priority is 1. If multiple discounts apply to the same product, the one with the highest priority takes effect.
- Customer Facing Label (optional) - provide customer-friendly discount label visible in the checkout.
- Active From – The date the discount becomes active. The default is "today."
- Active To – The date the discount becomes inactive. If left empty, the discount remains active until disabled.
- Partner Scope (required) - Can be set as global or publisher. Global makes the discount available to all partners, while Publisher lets you specify.
- Product Scope (required) – Can be set as global or product-specific. Global makes the discount available to all products, while product-specific allows you to specify conditions.
- Product Sets - specify which product set the discount will be available to.
- Product SKU - list the product SKUs that the discount will apply to.
- Include variants of the product in the discount scope? - If not switched, discount will only apply to the parent product and not the child products (e.g. variants, configurable product types). We recommend keeping it on.
- Minimum/Maximum Quantity of Products - allows you to specify the range of quantity the discount will apply to (e.g. discount will apply if item quantity is between 2 to 5).
- Minimum/Maximum Price of Products - allows you to specify the range of price the discount will apply to (e.g. discount will apply if product price is between £15 to £30).
Click “Submit Discount” button to save the method.
To edit, delete or view shipping method’s information choose one of the actions in the Actions column:
