Affiliate Campaigns Guide

A campaign is a collection of product links that can be used to group products. It’s also an easy way to run reports on a collection of products. Campaigns are also used to create a storefront.

A list of Campaigns can be found under Campaigns > My Campaigns in the Navigation.

On this page, you can create new campaigns, as well as edit or delete existing ones. To create a campaign, click the "New Campaign" button at the top of the page. This will open the following form:

  • Campaign Name - This is an internal reference for the campaign.
  • Campaign Description -This is an internal description used to reference the campaign
  • Active From/To - Define a period of time during which the campaign will be active
  • Does this campaign have a Storefront? - If set to "Yes," this option allows you to specify storefront configurations for this campaign. Read more about storefronts here.

To view a specific campaign simply click on the campaign name in the list or the eye icon in the actions column. This action will redirect you to the Campaigns Details Page.

At the top of this page you will find statistics related to this campaign:

  • Link Count - amount of links/products in this campaign
  • Order Count - Amount of orders places with the products in this campaign
  • Commission Total - total amount of commission paid on the links in this campaign
  • Sales Total - total revenue generated from sales using this campaign
  1. Links tab contains a list of products that were assigned to this campaign. A product can have only one link per campaign and when creating a link, a campaign is required. Links can also be edited on the Campaign’s Details Page, which allows you to also reassign a link to a different campaign. More Products can be added to the campaign using the Add Product Links button.
  1. Sales Orders tab - lists orders that were placed using the links in this campaign.
  2. Commissions tab - shows a report on commissions earned using links in this campaign. This section works exactly like the Commissions page.

When clicking on the Edit Campaign button a popup will open containing a form prefilled with the campaign’s information that can be changed at any time.

Storefront can be configured when creating/editing a campaign. To know more about storefronts go here. Change Link Ordering button affects the way products are displayed on the storefront. and the Storefront tab shows the storefront configurations for this campaign.
